ALL ABOUT BEMER
The circulation system supplies the human body’s with nutrients and oxygen. Three-quarters of these vital processes occur in “microcirculation” – the smallest blood vessels. Healthy microcirculation is vital to the cardiovascular system, and vasomotion is a process in the microcirculatory system that assists the heart in delivering blood to the smallest vessels in the body. Improving healthy microcirculation, through the targeted stimulation of vasomotion, is the primary goal of BEMER physical vascular therapy.*
Red Light Therapy uses red low-level wavelengths of light to treat skin issues, such as wrinkles, scars, cellulite, wounds, pain, inflammation, and tissue regeneration are a few of the things Red Light Therapy can do. The number of conditions red light can do is continuously expanding. It works by producing a biochemical effect in the cells that strengthens the mitochondria. The mitochondria are the powerhouse of the cell, it's where the cells energy is created. The energy-carrying molecule in the cell of all living things is called ATP (adenosine triphosphate). By increasing the function of the mitochondria using Red Light Therapy, a cell can make more ATP. With more energy, cells can function more efficiently, rejuvenate themselves, and repair damage. Red Light Therapy is different from laser or intense pulsed light (IPL) therapies because it doesn't cause damage to the skin surface. Red Light Therapy bypasses this harsh step by directly stimulating regeneration of the skin. The light emitted by Red Light Therapy penetrates roughly 5 millimeters below the skins surface.
